【目的】研究新型材料固化盐渍土的工程特性,设计U形槽构件并对其进行结构优化,解决吉林西部盐渍土地区无衬砌渠道的溶陷冲蚀破坏问题。【方法】利用自主研发的抗冻裂型固化剂对盐渍土进行改良,固化剂掺量设置为20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%,每一掺量结合含水率分别为14%、16%、18%、20%的盐渍土料制备试样,通过室内无侧限抗压强度试验、冻融试验、渗透试验确定最优材料配比。在此基础上,应用ABAQUS模拟分析2 m的U形渠道构件在3种工况下的应力和位移状态。【结果】最优材料配比为固化剂掺量40%、盐渍土初始含水率16%;28 d龄期最优配比下的试件强度为14.91 MPa,经受200次以上室内冻融循环后,试件质量损失低于5%,渗透系数达到1×10-7 cm/s;2 m长度U形渠道构件...
