跟骨骨折占跗骨骨折的60%,其中75%为关节内骨折（[1]）,多表现为跟骨后关节面的塌陷,若无法及时修复关节面使其平整,极易发生创伤性关节炎,将严重影响患者的肢体功能（[2]）。目前国内跟骨骨折手术入路以跟骨外侧“L”切口和外侧“八”字微创切口较为常见（[3]）,以“L”形入路治疗跟骨骨折的报道较多,但关于微创入路以及切口缝合处理的报道较少。Carr（[4]）建议采用微创小切口方法治疗跟骨骨折。
