随着图书馆各类资源的飞速增长,新生培训的规模及需求也逐步增多,仅仅依靠传统的培训模式如讲座培训、实地参观等方式,难以达到满意的培训效果。针对此,文章探讨了各种基于信息技术的新兴培训方式,并对新生培训体系的建设提出了相应的建议。
