R282.710%Q946.91; α-生育酚琥珀酸酯(α-tocopherol succinate,α-TOS)是维生素E最主要成份α-生育酚(α-tocopherol,α-TOH)的一种酯化衍生物.近年来的研究发现,α-TOS除作为维生素E的供应前体外,还具有α-TOH所不具有的特殊生物功效.本文简述了α-TOS的理化性质与结构、吸收与代谢,着重综述其在免疫调节、细胞保护、抗肿瘤等方面的独特生物学作用及相关机制.
