应用各种色谱方法从牛耳枫的茎叶乙醇浸提物中分离得到了8个生物碱,利用波谱（ESI-MS,1HNMR,13C NMR）技术及理化性质分别鉴定为Methyl homosecodaphniphyllate（1）,Daphnezomine M（2）,Caldaphni-dine E（3）,Calyciphylline F（4）,Calyciphylline B（5）,Deoxycalyciphylline B（6）,Daphnicyclidin H（7）和Macropodumine C（8）。
