R151; 目的研究丙-聚胶囊(calcium pyruvate and chitosan capsule, CCC)对单纯性肥胖大鼠的减肥效果,初步探讨其减肥机理.方法建立营养性肥胖大鼠模型.肥胖大鼠胃饲CCC混悬液30 d,观察CCC治疗前后体重、肥胖指数、腹腔脂肪重量、脂/体比、脂肪细胞数量、脂肪细胞大小、血脂、血清瘦素水平的变化.结果给予CCC治疗后,营养性肥胖大鼠体重、肥胖指数、腹腔脂肪重量、脂/体比及脂肪细胞大小均明显低于肥胖模型组(P＜0.05);血清瘦素水平明显降低(P＜0.01);CCC高、中剂量组血甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量明显下降(P＜0.05).结论 CCC灌服30 d对营养性肥胖大鼠有明显减肥作用,该作用未显示与促进血清瘦素分泌有关.CCC在减肥的同时,有一定的降血脂作...
