目的 研究粘着斑激酶（FAK）磷酸化在凝血因子Ⅶa与组织因子（TF）结合引起的乳腺癌细胞粘附、迁移中的作用，探讨TF促肿瘤转移的机制。方法 用比色法测定凝血因子Ⅶa与高表达TF的乳腺癌MDA-MB231细胞的粘附数目；采用改良Bodyen小室检测肿瘤细胞迁移；免疫沉淀和Western blot方法检测FAK及其磷酸化。结果 凝血因子Ⅶa与TF结合引起FAK磷酸化，参与肿瘤细胞迁移运动。结论 FAK是TF介导的乳腺癌细胞粘附、迁移中的重要信号分子。
