R856.76; 目的 观察18β-甘草次酸钠(18beta-solidum glycrrhetinic acid,18β-SGA)对变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)大鼠鼻黏膜中NF-κBp50及血清中白介素-4(IL-4)表达的影响.方法 卵清蛋白致敏Wistar大鼠建立AR动物模型.造模成功后,将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、AR模型组、布地奈德组和18β-SGA低剂量(20 mg/kg)、高剂量(40 mg/kg)干预组,分别在给药干预2周和4周后取大鼠鼻黏膜和血清,免疫组化法观察NF-κBp50在大鼠鼻黏膜的分布,RT-qPCR和Western blot检测NF-κBp50 mRNA和蛋白相对表达量,酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorben...
