帕金森病是中老年人常见的神经变性疾病，临床表现包括运动症状和非运动症状，缓慢进展，严重影响患者生活质量。目前对帕金森病患者生活质量的评价主要依靠量表。本文拟就帕金森病生活质量问卷之通用量表和专用量表，以及显著影响生活质量的帕金森病非运动症状如抑郁和焦虑、认知功能障碍、睡眠障碍和疲劳相关量表进行概述，并对其进行简要评价。
