帕金森病是一种复杂的慢性进展性神经系统变性疾病,药物治疗效果欠佳时应考虑外科 治疗,主要包括不同原理的射频消融术、磁共振引导激光间质热疗术、磁共振引导聚焦超声、立体定向放射治疗等神经毁损术,以及包括脑深部电刺激术在内的神经调控技术;脊髓电刺激术以及基因治疗和细胞移植治疗亦在探索中.本文综述帕金森病外科治疗进展,对比分析不同治疗方法的优缺点,以期为临床研究提供更多理论和依据.
