肺癌已经成为对人类威胁最大的疾病之一，在我国肺癌的发病率和死亡率均为各种恶性肿瘤之首。目前系统性化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的地位已经被广泛认可。但是，其近期有效率和远期生存仍然令人失望。我科于2004年9～12月对51例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者使用局部射频热疗联合化疗，观察热化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的可行性和近期疗效，现就其护理特点总结分析如下。
