非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC）是严重危害人类健康的常见恶性肿瘤。近年来表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（epidermal growth factor receptortyrosine kinase inhibitor,EGFR-TKI）为NSCLC的治疗带来新的曙光,但用药前必须依据表皮生长因子受体（epidermalgrowth factor receptor,EGFR）的突变检测结果选择治疗对象。
