妊娠绒毛膜癌（简称绒癌）是最常见的妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤,极易发生血行转移,常出现肺转移。自一系列有效化疗药物用于绒癌治疗之后,绒癌已成为可治愈的恶性肿瘤之一,但耐药及复发仍是治疗失败的主要原因,特别是肺转移灶的处理。如何掌握手术指征和时机成为治疗难点。本文就绒癌肺转移的诊断、化疗、手术指征及时机、手术方式等治疗进展进行综述。
