Raymond Stewart Wenban, lithographic artist of Mosman, Sydney enlisted with the A.I.F. aged 22 on 29 Dec. 1915 and embarked on Transport A68 Anchises, 24 Aug. 1916. He served in France with the 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station and returned to Australia on the Ormonde, 16 June 1919
