Susan King, nee Furst, was born in Mohacs, Hungary, in 1922. She grew up in Siklos, but went to high school in Pecs and later learnt millinery there. When the Nazis marched into Pecs in March, 1944, Susan's father returned with his family to Siklos. In April, as part of a round up of all Jews, the family were taken to Barcs, before being transporte...
