Wallace James Dalgarno (1876-1933) was a member of the Royal Motor Yacht Club of New South Wales and an engineer with the Australian Gaslight Company. His father was James Dalgarno, Deputy Postmaster-General of New South Wales. Wallace went to Sydney Grammar School with Walter M. Marks, lawyer, politician and owner of the yacht Culwulla.
