Administrative / Biographical history
Muir Holburn, 1920-1960 was born in Sydney, NSW. He was a graduate in Art from the University of Sydney and won the 'Herald' poetry prize in 1951. Although he was a well known poet he never had a volume of his poetry published. He worked as a Publicity Officer for the NSW Tourist Bureau and from 1947-1959 he was a journalist with the NSW Public Ser...
