Marjorie Eileen Hocking married Sydney businessman, William Charles Allen in 1924. They had one son, Bill Allen Allen. In 1943 William Charles Allen was President of the Returned Sailors, Soldiers, & Airmen's Imperial League of Australia (Combined Services Sub-Branch) and Marjorie Allen was actively involved with its Hostel Committee.
