The contents list attached describes how the material was housed upon delivery at the library. The material has since been housed in a more secure manner, however all the photographs, postcards and such remain together in the boxes as numbered except the negatives and slides which have added notes in the list directing clients to their current location/call number. There is a hardcopy of the contents list in PXA 1735/Box 1
