Includes letters received from family and friends; letters received concerning a school operated by James Hassall at Berrima; letters received concerning Hassall's work at Berrima Gaol; a report sent to Bishop Mathew Hale in Brisbane, 1880; a list of candidates for confirmation at St Matthews Church, Sherwood, Brisbane, 1897; and a printed order of service for the installation of William Webber as Bishop of Brisbane, 1885.

An undated letter from Robert Lethbridge King describes in some detail a fishing and camping trip at Port Stephens with King, four of his brothers and two others. The letter includes a sketch, 'Plan of the Fishing Ground Port Stephens' and descriptions of the waterways, fishing trips, and of Aboriginal women diving for lobsters.
