Title is from donor's description.
Object History
The donor, Dr G. Kelsall, stated (see correspondence 259/1956 in-letter 28.6.56) that the picture was given to him in 1928 by one of the executors of his grandfather's will, a Mr Avery Holmes Forbes. Dr Kelsall's great grandfather, Henry Kelsall was surgeon-superintendent of the Waterloo.
