John Lisyak worked as a medical officer in psychiatric hospitals from 1953 to 1956, then as a general practitioner in Ryde from 1956 to 1967. He travelled through the British Isles and Yugoslavia from 1967 to 1969, and worked as GP for 12 months in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. From 1970 he worked as a GP in Haberfield, Sydney, until his reti...
