Collection history
The WW1 diary and associated photographs and postcards were written by and belonged to Hugh Quinn, a gunner in the AIF during the First World War. Hugh was the great-uncle of the donor, Geoff Coy.
The Coy family papers belonged to the donor’s great great grandfather George Barnes Makin Coy, and great grandfather George Edward Coy.
