Francis Xavier Roberts, 1921-1988, was a Catholic priest, ordained by Archbishop Gilroy in St Mary’s Cathedral , Sydney, in 1948. F. X. Roberts worked in various Sydney suburban parishes including Holy Spirit North Ryde in 1963 where he was chaplain to the North Ryde Catholic Youth Organisation.
