Vernon William Edward Goodin (1892- 1971), schoolteacher and parliamentarian, was born at Kenthurst, Sydney son of William Edward Goodin and his wife Edith. He was educated at Sydney Boys' High School and after a variety of jobs obtained a scholarship to the University of Sydney where he was awarded the degrees of Bachelor of Arts (1918) and Master...
