General note
From Sir William Dixson's notes no. 162-5: 'Four old horn powder or short flasks. Made from bullock horns and said to have been carved by convicts. Obtained by me in Hobart about 1902' and 'These were purchased by me in Hobart in 1900 or 1901 and I was informed by the owner that they had been in his family for many years'.
