Arrangement
There are two original numbering systems for every photograph and these have been retained. ¶¶The first numbering system consists of series numbered 1-99 and 200-201. Each series covers a particular project managed by GHD at the Olympic site at Homebush Bay. A key to Series 1-57 is located in a Key Guide housed with the collection. There is no key to Series 58-200. The photographs are arranged using this series number. ¶¶The second numbering system consists of 6 digits and every photograph has a unique number. There is no key to this numbering system but the first 2 digits represent the year in which the photograph was taken. ¶¶All photographs have had a series number and a six digit number assigned to them.¶¶All photographs are date stamped but not filed in date or numerical order.
