GEORGE SCOTT McRITCHIE , 1858-4 November 1909, was educated at the Perth Academy and at the Andersonian University, Glasgow, and then in 1873 commenced his apprenticeship in the works of the London and Glasgow Engineering and Iron Shipbuilding Co., at Glasgow. On its completion in 1879 he became chief engineering draughtsman at the works of Messrs....
