[electronic resource] : Also publius's letters to the Lord Chancellor, the Lords Chief Justice, and Barons, on building new Courts of Law; and one to the ...ers of Ireland, in Parliament, on the additional building to the Parliament House. Remarks on all the public buildings conducting by Mr. James Gandon, in Dublin; and his reply, in the Dublin journal Dec. 23d, 85; with notes, and critical remarks. To which are added three letters to the trustees of the Royal Exchange, on a very extraordinary occasion; with observations on them, and comments. A particular address to Parliament, on the general improvements of this city; pointing out how, and where, it may be greatly improved. What are the most-striking ornaments of a fine, and opulent city; with a plan of a great and very capital improvement. Concluding with an entertaining, an impartial, and most candid parallel, between the public buildings of Dublin and London. With a brief description of the buildings, public places, and places of public entertainment in and about London. Together with a cursory survey of the most striking scenes, buildings, gardens, parks, &c. in the villages and hamlets around, and within its environs. And, lastly, there are also added, queries, for Mr. Gandon's serious consideration, on the new building for Courts of Law. By an Admirer of General, of useful, and necessary improvements.
