Copies 1-15 constitute the De Luxe version bound in full ostrich skin contained within a cloth covered Solander box. This version contains a number of original bookplates signed by the respective artists.
Mitchell Library copy at HF 2015/22: De Luxe edition no. 12. The cover of the standard edition and the deluxe edition presentation box both have an embossed gilt image derived from the drawing by John Coburn (bookplate number seven). The binding is by The Fine Book Bindery, Orchard Road, Finedon, Northampshire, England....
