Summary
Tenth in the series of fourteen known Quirós' presentation memorials, printed between 1607 and 1614 at Quirós' expense for presentation at the Council of the Indies. This tenth memorial is the most substantial of the memorials, summarising earlier petitions; described by Kelly as the 'Composite Memorial'.
