Summary
Travel demand management strategies are employed as cost effective tools to ease peakhour pressures. In this paper, we focused on the use of flexible working hours and measured its efficacy in spreading the morning peak demand using empirical data from the NSW Transport and Infrastructures Sydney Household Travel Survey.
