Court of Requests, Southwark. (1.) An account of all sums paid to the Marshalsea counsel, pursuant to 46 Geo. 3, c. 87; and also, all sums paid for rent, taxes, books, printing, stationery, salaries to under clerks, and other miscellaneous expenses, from the Court of Requests of the borough of Southwark and east half-hundred of Brixton, from the 1st August 1815 to 31st July 1819; specifying the sums paid under each particular head, in each year respectively: by Henry Smith Speck, and his late coadjutor, Joseph Burnett, deceased, up to the 15th day of November 1815; and by Henry Smith Speck and John Gilbert Meymott, subsequent to that date. (2.) Return of fees received by John Prinsep, bailiff of Southwark, and his officers, from the Court of Requests for the town and borough of Southwark, and eastern half of the hundred of Brixton, in the county of Surrey, under an act of Parliament of the 46th Geo.
