Hypothec (Scotland). Return (in continuation of, and in the form of parliamentary paper, no. 50, of session 1874), showing, since the passing of Act 30 & 31 Vict. c. 42, the number of petitions for sequestrations for rent for agricultural subjects; the numbers on which warrants for sale had been granted; numbers of cases classified under rates entered in return, no. 152, of session 1869, but distinguishing the cases in which the amount of rent exceeded 100l., so as to show the cases for 200l., 300l., 400l., and 500l., and upwards; and also distinguishing the sequestration cases for rent in arrears from those for security of rent to become due in the several counties, and in all Scotland; and, similar return of sequestrations for urban subjects, classified as above, for the period extending from the passing of the Act 30 & 31 Vict. c. 42 [electronic resource].
