Electoral statistics. Return for each city, town, and borough, or combination of boroughs, returning a member or members to Parliament, in England, in Wales, in Scotland, and in Ireland, specifying as follows:--1. The population, according to the latest census, in the years 1866 and 1873 respectively; 2. The number of electors on the registry in the years 1866, 1869, and 1873, respectively; distinguishing in each year the number entitled to vote as occupiers, &c.; and, 3. In each case in which the city, town, or borough is a corporation, under the acts regulating municipal corporations, the number of burgesses on the burgess roll in each of the years 1866, 1869, and 1873, respectively [electronic resource].
