Drunkenness (convictions) (England and Wales). Return, for England and Wales, of the total number of convictions in respect of such offences under the following enactments as involve drunkenness: 3 & 4 Vict. c. 97, s. 13; 10 & 11 Vict. c. 89, ss. 29 and 61; and 35 & 36 Vict. c. 94, s. 12; committed during the year ended 31 December 1891, (1) after 12.30 (noon) on Sundays; (2) at any other time, whether on Sunday before 12.30 (noon) or on any week-day; and return, for England and Wales, of the total number of convictions of licensed persons under 35 & 36 Vict. c. 94, s. 13, for permitting drunkenness on their premises, or for selling any intoxicating liquor to any drunken person [electronic resource].
