Mr. Horatio Bottomley. Return to an address of the Honourable the House of Commons, dated 17th July, 1922;--for "certified copies of the indictment, conviction, and sentence of the court in the case of the King against Horatio Bottomley, a member of this House, tried at the Central Criminal Court on 18th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, and 29th days of May, 1922: and a certificate of the final determination of the said Horatio Bottomley's appeal to the Court of Criminal Appeal against the said conviction and sentence: and also a certificate from the Governor of His Majesty's prison at Wormwood Scrubs that the said Horatio Bottomley is held in custody by him in pursuance of said sentence."
