Prosecutions (fishery laws) (Ireland). Return for years 1891 to 1901, inclusive, ending the 31st day of December, 1901, of prosecutions undertaken in Ireland of masters of beam or otter trawl vessels for alleged infringement of the by-laws of the Fishery Board or the provisions of the acts prohibiting beam or otter trawling within certain waters round the coasts of Ireland, in the following form, with summary:--date of alleged offence; name, &c., of person charged; name, letters, and number of beam or otter trawl vessel; where alleged offence committed; statute or by-law contravened; place and date of trial; result of trial; by whom detected.
