Whimsical story of a little girl who, playing the part of an angel in a school play, loses her wings, but eventually finds another pair. The story is set in a background of London scenes: South Kensington, Earl's Court, the Albert Memorial and Rotton Row. The sound was made from tape recordings of melodies played by a "Polyphon" and an "Ariston", forerunners of the gramophone. Final sequence uses the Bach-Vivaldi Concerto for four harpsichords.
