The last leaf bears an ornamental woodcut.

Variant: imprint has "by Henrie Iaye". Katharine Pantzer (letter to ESTC) says "Jaye is certainly the publisher", but is uncertain whether he might also be the printer, and whether he might have travelled to Antwerp to print it.
