Agreements relating to the provision and maintenance of a submarine telecommunication cable system between the United Kingdom and Canada. Copies of two agreements, dated the 11th day of December, 1959, the one between Her Majesty's postmaster-general and the Eastern Telegraph Company Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of cable and wireless limited) and the other between Her Majesty's postmaster-general and the Canadian Overseas Telecommunication Corporation, for the provision and maintenance, so far as the two parties in each case are mutually concerned, of a submarine telecommunication cable system between the United Kingdom and Canada, together with a copy of a complementary agreement, dated the 10th day of December, 1959 between the Eastern Telegraph Company Limited and the Canadian Overseas Telecommunication Corporation and together with a copy of the Treasury minute thereon [electronic resource].
