Summary
In 1997 the Commonwealth sold DASFLEET to Macquarie Fleet Leasing Pty Ltd and entered tied contract with Maquarie Fleet for the provision of leased cars and fleet management services to the Commonwealth for 5 years. This audit assessed the administrative and financial effectiveness of the Department of Finance's management of the Tied Contract.
