A scheme for improving small sums of money, [electronic resource] : by which, great part of the nation's specie, which now lies dead and unimproved, may be employed to the most important uses of the government, of trade, and of private persons. Exhibiting, At One View, the certain Reward of virtuous Servants, and the yearly Profit which will arise from thus imploying their Wages, or any Small Sum, from five to twenty Pounds, &c. Which, By the Blessing of God, will be a Means to prevent our Hospitals, Parishes, Charitable Clubs, Street, and Highways from being crowded thro' the Extremity of so many Poor and unfortunate People as we now have.
