20 sketches on cream tinted background, printed in black on stiff white sheets with blank versos and interleaved with tissue paper, facing each sketch is a descriptive paragraph with recto blank. Dark green grained cloth boards, leather spine and corners, title lettered in gilt on front cover.
Author's "Advertisement" on p. [iii] dated 1885.
