Summary
Eighth in the series of fourteen known Quirós' presentation memorials, printed between 1607 and 1614 at Quirós' expense for presentation at the Council of the Indies. In it he requests a number of cédulas to reinforce his dispatch and a grant-in-aid to meet his debts.--Kelly.

The shorter of two versions of this Memorial, omitting the section of 'Cuentas'; this is on p. 7-12 of the longer version (no. 9 in the series).
Dated by Kelly to ca Jan. 1610, on the basis of internal evidence.
Dixson Library copy has the armorial bookplate of Sir William Dixson. Leaves foliated in brown ink in early hand: 281-284. Auction label at top left of front pastedown with number "5". Bound by Riviere in late 19th/early 20th-century brown morocco with gilt inner dentelles and edges....
