This Author flourished about the Year 1160 of the Christian Aera, is highly prized by the Jews, and other Admirers of Rabbinical Learning; and has frequently been quoted by the greatest Orientalists that this or any other Nation ever produced: but was never before (to the Editor's Knowledge) wholly translated into English, either by Jew, or Gentile.
