A true relation, of the most chiefe occurrences, at, and since the late battell at Newbery, [microform] untill the disjunction of the three armies, of the Lord Generall, the Earle of Manchester, and Sir William Waller, together with the London brigade, under the command of Sir Iames Harrington. Published upon necessity, both to undeceive the mistaken multitude, and to vindicate the Earle of Manchester, from many undeserved aspersions commonly cast upon him, either through ignorance or prejudice. Penned by Simeon Ash, who as his chaplaine did waite upon his Lordship, in the westerne expedition.
