The mourning saint among the willows [electronic resource] : or, heavenly music regained. Extracted from Psalm Cxxxvii. We hung our Harps upon the Willows in the midst thereof; by the Rivers of Babylon there we sat down, yea, we wept; for they that carried us away captive required of us a Song; and they that wasted us required of us Mirth. Isaiah, Chap. xiii. Ver. 22. And the wild Beasts of the Islands shall cry in their desolate Houses, and Dragons in their pleasant Palaces. With A Copious Narrative of the Author's Conversion at Thirteen Years of Age; entitled, The sinners tears, or grace triumphant. The poetical Part is Music, naturalized, realized, and spiritualized, in three Books. By Mr. John Gibbons, Preacher of the Gospel, out of Duty, Many Years licenced and entered according to Order.
