Summary
This documentary follows the work of German born artist Nikolaus Lang, who while on a visit to Australia was struck by the beauty of the intricate patterns and variety of the coloured sand deposits in the area of Maslins Beach Quarry in South Australia. This inspired Nikolaus to create a number of works featuring the sand formations.
