Advertised in the Pennsylvania evening post for Feb. 17, 1776, to appear on the 19th.
Three states noted. The first lists five numbered subjects on the title page, the American patriot's prayer not being mentioned. The second and third states list six numbered subjects. The first and second states read ".. to which is added and given .."; the third reads ".. t which are added and given .." - Bookseller's advertisement, p. [88]....
